THE WORLD KNEW. THE COUNTRY KNEW. TV9 stands for news, authenticity and the first broadcast channel to make it visible to the nation. And as they say pictures speak a thousand words… and they sure will for themselves this time too. On the ill dated July 25 and 26 – India witnessed a series of bomb explosions in Bangalore and Ahmedabad, respectively.
Almost all national news channels and even some of them abroad like the BBC; picked up and relied on TV9 coverage and visuals of the blasts in Bangalore and Ahmedabad. The entire day – visuals of hundreds of minutes were cut live from TV9 Kannada on July 25 and TV9 Gujarat on July 26. Everyone appreciated the way we brought the tragedy and news surrounding it to our viewers – uncut reality without distorted facts.
TV9 strongly condemns the cowardly act of terrorists – who are targeting innocents. We will stand strongly against the terrorists and try to uncover the truth behind the blasts. We are here, there and everywhere, when it comes to news – Ahead of all news channels and networks. We are known for being the first and for the best coverage always!

Yes. It has been poven so many tmes. Not only when the Blasts took place but also when the GAUTHAMI TRAGEDY happened. tv9 gave wonderful coverage then. No body else present like that. The way tv9 presented was excellent. Every time tv9 is no 1. Ravi Sir, I am admirer of you and your team. I am really sorry for writing this to you.
I am real admirer of your news channel when it was first started by you. As the days gone by, your way of journalism came down.
We accept that you cover the news quick & fast, but you do also have some social responsibility on what to show and what not to show to audience. You have a good chance of conveying good messages to people as you are very popular channel in this country. However, you are not doing that in my opinion.
You are just looking for ratings for your channel You are deviating too much in to one’s personal issues; which you must not do.
You must be thinking what ever you show, people will see that. Its very wrong for the society as whole. You have a good caption for your channel “for a better society” but you yourself are not doing anything for better society. Your way journalism is doing bad to the society rather than good.
Just take an example of the recent “Lanco” Issue ; You unnecessarily showed the pictures of the Lanco building for nearly 4-5 hours. As told by Undavalli Arun Kumar, you are just making a small fight into big issue. Rather than looking for ways to settle the issue, you are aggravating the issue.
I am looking forward for a reply from your side on this. If you are really think that whatever you do is right, you should be replying to this.

I cant really understand why you do not reply for the user posted in your blog.. I posted a question for your TV and I am still waiting for an answer from you.
In the recent ICICI Bank issue, why did you scroll it on the news channel when you are not sure of it! It is because of you so many wasted their time in drawing their money and some even lost their money.
Please answer the following:
1. Rumor should be kept as rumor only, why did you scroll that news. Did you ever thought about consequences of that?
2. Did you ever thought to investigate in to this rather than just reporting that story?
3. Do you want better society or just TRP ratings? I think you prefer the later
